Gaia Development has worked with retail stores, food processing, food distribution, office, and residential complexes and is currently taking more than 20 million square feet of buildings through the LEED® process.

Over the past two years, Gaia Development has work closely with Watson Land Company to certify all new buildings under the LEED® program. Gaia is currently retained by W Hotels and Residences and is also working with the Port of Long Beach Pier G redevelopment of seven buildings.
