Timeline & Fees

Timeline: 60 – 90 days​

  4. Certification is obtained with a licensed Assessor

Registration: $1,200 per asset

Certification:

BREEAM Volume provides a streamlined roadmap to raise the sustainability performance of a portfolio. A minimum of 20 assets are required to participate in the program.
